Property Logic RE, LLC ("Property Logic RE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at propertylogicre.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. This applies to residents of all U.S. states.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit through our contact forms or property inquiry pages. We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This information is used to operate and improve the Site.

Communication Consent

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You can opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You can opt out of phone calls at any time by telling us during the call or by emailing info@propertylogicre.com.

SMS Messaging Program — Terms and Conditions

Program description. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@propertylogicre.com.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We share your information only as follows:

Service providers we use to run the Site and our business. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually limited to using it only to deliver services to us. They include: our customer relationship management ("CRM") system (Follow Up Boss); our website host and form-processing platform (Netlify); and our email service provider.
Real estate professionals on your inquiry. If your inquiry concerns a specific property, we may share your contact information with the listing agent, cooperating broker, or transaction parties as needed to assist with that inquiry.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Third-Party Services on the Site

Stellar MLS / Bridge Interactive. Property listings displayed on the Site are licensed from Stellar MLS through Bridge Interactive. We display this data; we do not control or share visitor information with Stellar MLS.
Google Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Mapping providers. Map tiles on the search page are served by third-party tile providers, which may receive your IP address as part of the tile request.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage features to remember your preferences (for example, saved listings on the search page) and to keep the Site working as expected. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not function correctly without them.

Your Rights

You may at any time:

Request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
Ask us to correct or update your information.
Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements applicable to real estate transactions.
